1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the TalkSyra mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use TalkSyra. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You have never been convicted of a sex crime or any felony involving violence
• You have not been previously removed from our service by us

3. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT RULES

TalkSyra is a platform for respectful interaction. You agree NOT to:

• Post any content that contains nudity, sexual violence, or is pornographic
• Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate any other user
• Create fake accounts or impersonate someone else
• Use the app for any commercial or illegal activities (spam, solicitation, or selling services)
• Use bots or automated scripts to swipe or message users

4. USER SAFETY

TalkSyra does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.

• Always exercise caution when meeting a match in person
• Never share financial information (OTP, Bank details) with other users
• Use the "Block" and "Report" features if you encounter suspicious behavior
• Meet only in public places for initial meetings
• Tell trusted friends about your plans
• Trust your instincts about other users

5. PREMIUM FEATURES & ADVERTISEMENTS

TalkSyra offers "Premium" status which can be unlocked by watching rewarded video advertisements (via Google AdMob).

• Premium access is temporary (e.g., 6 hours) as stated in the App
• We do not guarantee the availability of ads at all times
• Any attempt to bypass or "hack" the ad system to gain premium features will result in account termination

6. LOCATION-BASED SERVICES

The App uses your GPS location to provide core features (finding nearby matches). By using TalkSyra, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Location data is used only to show nearby users and matches
• You can enable or disable location tracking in your device settings
• Location information is protected and not shared with third parties

7. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

• Accounts may be suspended for safety violations
• Repeated violations will lead to permanent termination
• Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted
• You may appeal a termination by contacting our support team

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkSyra and its developers shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or incidental) resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• The conduct of other users (online or offline)
• Unauthorized access to your data or communications
• Any errors, viruses, or technical issues with the App

All content, design, code, and materials on TalkSyra are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content
• You may not reverse engineer or decompile the application
• All trademarks and logos are property of TalkSyra

11. USER CONTENT & RIGHTS

By posting content on TalkSyra (including photos and profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for platform operations and improvements.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

TalkSyra is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services. We do not endorse or control external websites or applications.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by applicable law. Users agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE & TERMS

TalkSyra reserves the right to modify or discontinue service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of TalkSyra following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
